Feb. 5 (UP) -- Amon G. Carter, jovial "one-man publicity bureau" for the city and publisher of one of the largest papers in Texas, today had been divorced for the second time. Due to the success of his newspaper, Carter expanded his media empire with the founding of Texas' first radio station, WBAP, in 1923 and Texas' first television station, WBAP-TV, in 1948, now known as KXAS-TV.
